ReplyDeleteYou could say issued by PostNL, but I did oder them there and in fact I ussed the stamp. put the design to PostNL and they -let it- print by a firm. Do you agree with that? Not that it is that important, just a nice stamp you have. ( 40 WW, that's rare) Greetings
